The Sheraton has two towers on Harbor Island about 100 yards apart. We would
like all to be in the same building. 3 days before or after at the group
rate of $100.00 per night will be subject to availibility so book early.
We have contracted for 55 rooms. Please book as soon as you have decided
to go. If more rooms are needed we must contract for them as soon as possible.

| This years Reunion
is going to be different, Cort and I have arranged for a Nautical theme.
In order to procure a place for our Beer & BBQ we have booked five boats.
Two, Blue Water yachts and three Villa's. This provides us a hospitality
boat were we can have our BBQ, draft beer & soda. These boats are right
behind our hotel. The cost of this will be off set by NOT spending the $400
per keg plus $100 a day for a guy to pour it at the Sheraton. We will spend
$100. a keg for good beer and put on a BBQ. The boats will serve as places
to gather and visit. The roofs of two Villa's will serve our needs. We are
not spending more money, we are just spending it differently to provide
our members some variety. We have a large hospitality area in the hotel
(former bar) where meet and greet will occur on the 28. It has lots of comfortable
chairs but we are not going to pay their price for food or drink there.
Snacks and drinks will be on the boats. Friday will be the Old Town Trolley
Tour. This is an all day ticket. You can get of and on along the route and
enjoy the sites at your leisure. Our BBQ will be at the boats when you return.
We will have music 60's on the roof tops and everyone can tour the boats
and enjoy the food. Saturday will be open for more touring or visiting and
the traditional banquet will be Saturday night in the Hotel. That's the
